Hello, please add "Image-reviewer" user group (not "filemover") on fa.wikipedia with 'movefile' right per community consensus (see URL). Thank you.
Bureaucrats should be able to add/remove this group.
The name of the user group is misleading. Why?
No, this group can request for delete images through the special noticeboard page. Only this group has this right and hence its right is more than file-mover right.

Thank you Tomasz W. Kozlowski.
(This has now been deployed to the production cluster, and fawiki reports the existence of the group correctly.)
Unfortunately this group don't get its translations from translatewiki.net; it has a problem like Bug 51733. Can you fix it please?
I think that you should use capital letter; i.e Image-reviewer instead of image-reviewer (like commons setting). See WikimediaMessages.i18n.php, it uses capital letter: 'group-Image-reviewer' 'group-Image-reviewer-member' 'grouppage-Image-reviewer'
There is no reason why those messages should have this weird capitalisation; none of our other group names start with a capital letter. Until this is changed, the only fix that I can think of is to change the local name of the group to start /with/ a capital letter. I'll submit a patch changing this in a moment & it will be deployed during the next SWAT window which begins at 23:00 UTC today — until then, please do not add any users to the new user group.

Thank you so much.
Why does it uses a capital in WikimediaMessages.i18n.php? The standard is lower-case for message keys.

This has now been deployed (again) by Ori, and looks fine to me.
Thanks.
