Parameter $1 of message "Mwe-upwiz-api-warning-exists" has wrong format:

"There is [/wiki/File:Ballonfahrt_%C3%BCber_K%C3%B6ln_-_Blick_Richtung_Vingst_und_H%C3%B6henberg%2C_Rangierbahnhof_K%C3%B6ln-Kalk_Nord-RS-4168.jpg another file] already on the wiki with the same filename."

@Raimond:- you mean that message should show the entire URL starting from https://www.site/../ ?

Yes, but protocol relative: //www.site/...
