On Opera and probably at a standard-level, the "other languages" box is many times larger than the screen. This is due to non-breaking spaces in the system message tpt-languages-separator, currently containing " • ". I propose changing it to " • " (normal breakable second space), so that the browser can break on appropriate places. This can be changed for all languages which currently define it (en, mk, ms, roa-tara, sr-ec, sr-el, tl). This bug is partly linked to bug 46738, but is not exactly the same thing.

Fixed with the gerrit change for the English message and with the help of Raymond on translatewiki for other languages.
