"All translation have not been saved" [OK] [Cancel] It is is not obviously clear what OK and Cancel does here.
This is missing steps to reproduce.
1) Open your computer 2) Navigate to Special:Translate 3) Make edits, dont's ave 4) Use language selector

I've attached a screenshot. This appears to be a browser specific message, which differs from the one you provided. I do wonder how your browser knows you were translating, though...
There are two different variants of the message. One happens which you click a link and other happens when you change group, filter or language (unless Firefox behaves differently). The latter just says "There are unsaved translations" (or similar) while the other also asks whether you want to navigate away.
Now it says "You have unsaved translations" when
(sorry, saved too early) Now it says "You have unsaved translations" when I try to reproduce, but it's still unclear what do the buttons do. The message should be clarified.
