[[:mx:]] interwiki is not working, please enable it.

Several of these interwikis are not working, see the testcase at [[ar:chapter:Usuario:This,_that_and_the_other]].

I will upload a patch once Gerrit change #94593 is merged.

In the meantime, [[wmmx:]] works fine.

Change 141099 had a related patch set uploaded by TTO:
Add additional interwiki links as requested in various bugs
