Via http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Page_Curation#Prevent_.7B.7Bstub.7D.7D_being_added_to_stub-sorted_articles: "A suggestion: if an article already has a subject-specific stub tag like {{Iran-footy-bio-stub}}, then the Curation Bar should grey out the option of adding {{stub}}. Even experienced editors have occasional lapses on this, and new editors do it regularly, and it wastes the time of stub-sorters" If this sounds like it can be done easily, lemme know and I'll build up a spreadsheet of stuff :)
Copying a comment in the talk page: "Would a simpler idea be to prevent it from adding the tag to any page containing -stub}}? I believe every stub follows that format and I don't think anything else would end that way..."
Sounds sensible if that's the case :).

Meh, wrong link Not an exact duplicate but similar https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39319 This bug report doesn't want even similar tags to be added, while the other one doesn't want "exactly" same ones to be added.
