On entering the page Special:SpecialPages, when using the trunk version (r93440) of MediaWiki, SemanticMediaWiki and RDFIO, I get:

The problem turns out to have been inconsistent naming of the special page "ARC2Admin". It was named "SpecialARC2Admin" in some places.

Fixed now, with r93441
