Seriously. We are hackers, not MSN users! + people will ask to have the same on wikipedia and smileys will eat all the ops bandwidth.

I'm going to mark this as "wontfix." I'm somewhat assuming that this was a joke bug request. CodeReview's parsers are already horrible enough. If anything, they should be simplified, not enhanced with magic emoticon support.
