Now we see only the fact that an old revision is flagged. It would be useful to show, who set the flag, when, with what comment (if specified). If the flag was set automatically, then a diff should show the same information about the last preceding revision, submitted or flagged by a different user. This is important because the patroller privilege became very popular in Wikipedia (de, pl, ru, it...), so not all these users should have a reasonable level of trust (and not in all articles) from another patroller's point of view.
Reassigning as part of usability sweep
I'm having a hard time seeing that this information would often be useful. I suppose it would be if you knew a lot of Patrollers' names off the bat or if comments were also heavily used and meaningful (not the case on de at least). Bumped priority a bit over PC-only stuff.
